More About Me

I am an experienced registered therapist who works with individual Adults including trainee counsellors doing their required therapy hours

Clients are allocated a regular weekly timeslot and sessions are tailored according to individual needs. Counselling can either be face to face or by telephone, whichever works best for you

How Counselling Works

For many people it can be difficult to know how to change things.
  • Sometimes life events and situations can be difficult to manage
  • Sometimes our relationships, family lives and working lives stop working
  • Many of us lead very busy lives and struggle with burnout and stress
  • It’s easy to feel isolated and not to know what to do about it
  • It’s also easy to feel held back by things that happened in the past

I support people to identify what's not working, to understand themselves better and to begin to change the things that really matter.
Let's talk
